Terms of Patronage
By registering a membership with RURU, joining the RURU Circle, or finalizing a reservation, you accept the following guidelines of sensory hospitality.
1. RURU Circle & Loyalty Patrons
Upon registration, patrons are automatically enrolled into RURU's RURU Circle loyalty program as a 'RURU Blossom' tier member. Enrolling grants an immediate 100 Circle Points welcome bonus. Points are non-transferable, hold no monetary value, and can only be redeemed within RURU's digital portal for menu customization upgrades, seating priorities, or signature event styling waivers. Points will expire if no reservation is scheduled within a consecutive 12-month period.
2. Dining Reservations & Table Holdings
To ensure an optimal sensory experience, all standard dining reservations are allocated a maximum of 2 hours. Tables are held for a grace period of 15 minutes. Beyond this, reservations may be automatically marked as a no-show to accommodate waitlisted guests. Specific seat assignments (such as the RURU Conservatory water pavilion or Sage Pavilion window bays) are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
3. Sensory Concierge & Bespoke Milestone Events
Milestone events orchestrated via RURU are governed by a customized Event Blueprint. Once a blueprint is verified and locked, raw guest counts and custom menu pairings must be finalized no later than 72 hours prior to the event start. Custom styling (florals, performance audio, and special lighting setups) are managed in partnership with external artisans and are subject to separate setup/strike timelines.
4. Cancellation & No-Show Policies
Standard table reservations must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel within this window may result in a standard holding fee of $50 per patron. For bespoke milestone events, cancellation requests must be filed in writing with your dedicated Sensory Concierge at least 7 days prior. Deposits for events cancelled less than 7 days in advance are non-refundable but may be credited towards a future reservation.
5. Privacy & Sensory Space Code
To preserve the intimate atmosphere and privacy of all patrons, photography within RURU dining venues must be discrete. Flash photography and professional recording equipment are strictly prohibited without prior written consent from RURU management. Patrons are expected to maintain the sensory integrity of the spaces. RURU reserves the right to refuse service to anyone violating the comfort and safety standards of the salon.
