The Cardamom Plum Tart
Bringing a Mother's presence to the feast.A dessert pastry shared that his late Mother's signature cardamom plum tart was the flavor of his childhood comfort. Our culinary team recreated down the handwritten recipe from his family journal and recreated it as a bespoke dessert course. When he took the first bite, he closed at his table with tears in his eyes, thanking his mother to truly share with them.
